Dhrupal Vaghela is a multidisciplinary designer from India, currently based in Kitchener, Ontario. He studied Communication Design and Film Making at the Maharaja Sayajirao Institute of Design (MRID) in Vadodara, India and now is pursuing Broadcasting Performance and Digital Media at the Conestoga College at the Doon Campus. His work is inspired by 60s psychedelia, 90s music, graffiti, science, anime, films and narratives of all power.
Extraa Nice is Dhrupal’s Visual Design practice based in Kitchener. Over the years he has years of professional experience in creating Brand Films, Short Films, Commercial Films, Music Videos, Animation, Identity and Packaging amongst other things.
He had a privilege to work with music artists like Vivian Fernandes aka "Divine", David Maxim Micic, Plini, Prateek Kuhad, Parvaaz, Shashwat Bulusu and with industry leading designers like Abhay Mangaldas, Kaushal Joshi, Snighdha Karmahe, Satchith Paulose, Salil Bharghava, Parashar Agrawat, Moon Moon Jetley and Priyanka Baliyan.
Whenever he is not designing, he likes making his experimental original music or is on the ground playing football.
